Rob has over 25 years of experience in the industrial, mining, and heavy commercial industries across Western Canada. He leads with a family-first approach, fostering strong, loyal teams. Rob has held leadership roles at Suncor Energy, managing multimillion-dollar projects and ensuring strict safety compliance. Starting as a Red Seal Electrician, he developed deep technical expertise and project management skills, excelling in complex operations and delivering results. Outside of work, Rob and his wife, Chantelle, love spending time with their two kids, especially supporting them in sports. As a key leader at Radium North, Rob helps create a workplace where people can grow, feel valued, and be part of a true team. He’s also committed to building lasting relationships with clients and vendors based on trust, respect, and shared success.
