Radium North Inc is committed to fostering lasting relationships with Indigenous communities for the long haul. We understand the importance of honouring and supporting Indigenous peoples, and that's why we're dedicated to integrating Indigenous perspectives, values, and benefits into our operations. By working hand in hand with Indigenous groups, we aim to create mutually beneficial partnerships that not only respect cultural heritage but also bring about positive impacts on the community. Through collaboration and respect, we strive to build a future where Indigenous voices are heard, valued, and uplifted in every project we undertake.

Radium North Inc is deeply committed to actively engaging with and supporting the communities where we operate and live. Our involvement is reflected through various corporate volunteering and sponsorships initiatives. We are enthusiastic participants in local after-school activities and serve on the planning committee for community foundations, regularly volunteering at their special events and fundraising efforts. We have also provided financial support for several key initiatives. In our commitment to fostering diversity, we strive to maintain a 20% Indigenous workforce. Additionally, we support and conduct demonstrations through Careers Next Generation Talent’s Indigenous Learning Circle and the Indigenous Youth Internship Program (YiiP), both designed to enhance equity and access to education and employment opportunities for Indigenous youth. Our ongoing efforts underscore our dedication to making a positive impact in the communities we serve.
