Indigenous Liaison & Onboarding/Travel Coordinator
Rhonda has over 15 years of experience in career and employment counselling, with a focus on supporting individuals with disabilities, those involved in the criminal justice system, people from low-income backgrounds, and providing culturally responsive services to Indigenous organizations. She has a strong track record of helping individuals overcome employment barriers, navigate complex systems, and build sustainable career paths.
In 2020, Rhonda completed the Leadership with Buffalo program, further strengthening her skills to better serve her community. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that
“Learning is Ongoing and Change is Constant.”
In her current role as Indigenous Liaison and Recruiting Coordinator, Rhonda connects individuals in the workplace and community with skills-building and employment opportunities. She is passionate about using her career and education expertise to empower others.
Beyond her professional work, Rhonda is a proud wife to her husband, Roger, and a devoted mother to their two sons, Kyle and Daniel. Their love, support, and encouragement are the foundation of her success and continue to drive her passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
