With 25 years of industry experience in Fort McMurray, Blair has built a diverse career in various fields. A Millwright by trade with a strong welding background, he dedicated 18.5 years to Syncrude, where he held multiple leadership and managerial positions across different areas of the company. His leadership philosophy is simple yet powerful:

He believes that strong relationships between employees and leaders are the foundation of success.

Beyond his professional life, Blair and his wife Ashley share a passion for travel, always seeking new experiences together. Blair is also a proud father of two beautiful daughters Taylor and Cassidy, cherishing every moment with them. Whether it’s exploring new destinations or enjoying summer motorcycle rides with his daughters, family remains at the heart of everything he does.
