Meet Chad Oake-Project Manager at Radium North

We’re excited to introduce Chad Oake as one of Radium North’s four Project Managers, Chad has been with us since day one.

With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Chad brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our team. Known for being extremely organized and detail-oriented.

Chad has successfully monitored field operations of 150+ craft employees, ensuring projects are always delivered safely, cost-effectively, and reliably. His expertise spans the entire project lifecycle—from estimating and contract review to turnover packages, including material take-offs, scope reviews, and bid preparation. He is a strong collaborator with management and staff alike, always keeping projects moving smoothly.

On his days off, Chad continues to demonstrate his commitment to teamwork and leadership as the Head Coach of the Huskies—a role that demands just as much dedication and passion.

Outside of work and coaching, Chad is a proud husband to Laura and an even prouder father to Lilly and Maddox.
