Meet Ashley Chubbs

With over a decade of experience in safety leadership, compliance, and risk management, Ashley is passionate about building safer workplaces and stronger teams.

As HSE Manager at Radium North Inc., she has led the development and rollout of key safety initiatives, ensured compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) regulations, and fostered a culture of continuous improvement across leadership and management teams.

Backed by a strong academic foundation in Safety Engineering Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree, Ashley combines technical expertise with hands-on experience to drive the highest standards of safety and compliance every day.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her partner Rob and is a proud mom to her daughter, Annabelle.
